1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Piksel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Piksel provides browser-based image processing tools including compression, format conversion, and dimension resizing. The Service is offered in a Free tier (subject to file count and file size limits) and a paid Pro subscription tier with expanded capacity.
3. Subscription Billing & Cancellations
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro privileges remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free starter tier.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all copyright and proprietary rights to the images and materials you process with Piksel. Piksel does not claim any ownership over your content. Because images are processed locally on your client device, you remain solely responsible for having appropriate legal rights to the content you handle.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While our client-side processing algorithms strive to achieve high compression ratios without visual degradation, results depend on source file characteristics.
